For more complex scenarios, WinAutomation features plenty of built-in actions that you may combine to build your jobs, along with support for variables and arrays, conditional logic, loops and more. WinAutomation also includes an integrated debugger, a job scheduler and triggers that monitor your computer and execute jobs as needed. The Pro edition allows you to compile jobs into .Net exe files that you can run on different computers without having WinAutomation installed.

This 2.0 update adds a long list of new possible actions, exponentially increasing the number of possible macros you can create.
