it's quick and easy to create new MFC applications with full multilanguage support.
To the existing application, very little code is required to validate the multilingual
function to the existing application. It's not necessary to recompile the whole
project when more language packs are coming, because the external language
packs can be added or modified on-the-fly.

Obviously, the text-like language packs are convenient to submit to translators
without any source code, and easy to translate and maintain too.
