River Past Video Perspective is an easy-to-use and fast video converter/editor software for adjusting video aspect ratio.
Did you download some movie clip from the internet, and your video editor or DVD authoring software squeezed the wide screen to the regular 4x3 and everything look skinny? When writing to AVI, Video Perspective gives you the options to change the aspect ratio of the video. You can use Letter Box (black strips are added) or Pan & Scan (the original video is slided to fit in the new video).
Convert video from 3GPP/3GPP2, ASF, AVI, DAT(VCD), DivX, DV, FLC/FLI Flic animation, animated GIF, Matroska MKV, QuickTime MOV, MP4 (MPEG-4), MPEG-1, OGG Media OGM, RealMedia RM/RAM, WMV, and XviD to AVI , WMV, DivX, XviD, or DV. You can choose your video and/or audio codecs, video quality, video size, frame rate, audio sample rate, channel, and bitrate. Clean up timecode in those bad video which causes crashes or AV sync problems in other software. Can be used to change between NTSC and PAL.
With Animated GIF Booster Pack, you can output the video to animated GIF files. This is the easiest way for web masters to create moving thumbnails for the video. You can also output the video to FLIC animation file.
