History Agent is a Internet Explorer add-on. History Agent is a personal search engine. Surfing the Internet, you visit dozens of pages. It is personalized content. Now it simply disappears in the information flow. The necessity to use this information resulted in creating History Agent.
History Agent saves web pages locally on your computer; therefore you can always view the pages that had been visited several days ago - even if you are off-line.
The program invisibly runs in the background mode and saves pages you visit. Later, it helps you to navigate through the Internet using the accumulated information. You ask - in what way? Very simple - when you are viewing a site, the program analyzes the history of visits and searches for sites with similar pages. As a result, you get a set of pages similar to the one being viewed. All information is clearly structured by visit dates, by sites.
The pages are saved in the standard (*.mht, *.htm) formats and thus can be viewed from the history by any browser supporting these formats of files. History Agent has a capability to import/export the history. E.g., this will let you take your history home when you leave your work. After importing, the history will be available for viewing on your home computer.
