The generated messages can be used with an email indexing product such as dtSearch®, copied to CDs/DVDs for general archiving purposes, used in EDD processing for litigation discovery purposes, used to migrate messages to an alternate local e-mail or webmail service, or just saved as insurance against data loss at the webmail service.
