Outlook Attachment Sniffer is an Outlook Add-In, which allows you to deal with specific tasks on emails, either automatically on incoming emails or on the selected emails or on complete Outlook folders. EXTRACT ATTACHMENTS (with removing or replacing them with shortcuts), inspecting MSG-attachments recursively - EXPORT EMAILS to disk (supported formats: TXT MSG HTM EML MHT). The program can log the export for you, if you e.g. wish to import the data into a database - COPY or MOVE emails to another Outlook folder, with auto-creation of subfolders, depending on the email's data (sender, recipient, subject, date ...) - DELETE specific ATTACHMENTS or EMAILS in one go. - Removing attachments is a good way to solve some problems on a suffering Outlook. After removing unneeded attachments you can shrink your *.PST-files to reasonable file sizes and in some cases SIGNIFICANTLY increase the performance of Outlook. To use this program you must have installed Outlook 2000 or higher.
