believe it or not i made my body in 3 months..and i can help you do the same or even more if you are wnlilig to follow this program routine..if you want to gain muscles the only way to do it is by going to a gym..this is rule number one for gaining mass you need to work a body part each day 5 days a weekif you are a beginner is probable better the first 2 months to do 2 body parts each day,only to build some muscle tissue fast..but you will think after some time that is betterto work 2 parts a day coz you saw muscle development on your body really fast..but this will be onlyon the beginning..if you will want to see EVEN MORE mass you will need to drop it to one body part each day Never do 2 big parts at the same day..take one big and one smallfor example:Back and shoulders,chest and triceps,Legs and bicepsadd 3 times a week abdominalswarm up on the treadmill for 5 min running before starting to lift weights3 sets of 12 repsonly 1 hour workout each daydoing more is a waste of time,you will not gain moreeat 6 small meals per day add rice,pasta on themdrink allot of water to make your body with more energy when you exerciseand you will burn more calories by drinking more waterAVOID:fast foodssugar added foodssugar added drinkseat less breaddon't eat carbs at nighteat boiled foods if you want to loose fat and gain muscle from the clean protein from the boiled foods..boiled eggs are the best if you want to gain muscles without fat coz boiled eggs have not fat on them!..this is what i do
