Updated the exception handling to show exception form with function names on specific catches and not just on thread exceptions or unhandled exceptions; this will provide us with information to better address issues in the future

Fixed an issue with the exception form requiring an email address; it is now optional.

Fixed an issue with the setting of the sourceline on certain soundcards causing Muvixer to crash.

Added code to allow the retry of submitting the exception form if your firewall had not allowed access before showing the form.

Removed One Billion Words from the "Support the Developer" menu.

With Muvixer©, you no longer have to worry. Muvixer© allows you to select the line you always want to use and if Battlefield© 2 or any other program changes your recording device, it will automatically be changed back to your specified recording device on a time interval that you choose! Release Notes:	Updated the Audio Control to the same version as MuvAudio v1.7 and MuvAudio v2.0.6.0+. Resolved an issue with certain hardware causing a "Error HRESULT E_FAIL" on the GetDefaultDeviceName function. This fixes the fact that it would load the default settings every time it was loaded.
