     With PDF 2 Word you can open a pdf file and save the content of the document as word file. The program uses the text objects of word and so the layout, that means the position of the the text, the pictures and simple vector graphics can be maintained. But this is of cause no lossless conversation but the most important thing can be maintained. If you want to edit PDF files completly lossless then you should use our CAD-KAS PDF Editor. If you don't want text objects but one text area then you should use our CAD-KAS PDF 2 HTML.
